This expression has been matured in a single ex-Sherry butt and is bottled without chill-filtration or colouring. It has a rich and complex bouquet with notes of smoked bacon, honey, dried fruits, cocoa, and oak. The palate is full-bodied and features notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, liquorice, honey, and a hint of peat. The finish is long and smoky with a hint of sweetness.
